Former president Duterte is being called out for allegedly entering into a gentleman’s agreement with China’s Xi Jin Ping. Duterte is not sure what the agreement was about, only that he and his counterpart shook hands on it.

The Palace is puzzled. No one from the previous administrations knows the details of the agreement. But if China says there is one, then Duterte needs to man up.
