There were shocking shortages in rice, sugar, salt, onions, garlic during this administration.
Inflation shot up. There have been faster year-on-year increases in the prices of rice, corn, flour, and bread*. And let's not talk about fuel prices. 'Pagpag' is now a robust cottage industry.
Inflation is even worse for the bottom 30% income households.
