Why is Israel so at ease slaughtering thousands of Palestinian women and children in front of the world? Irish politician Richard Boyd says it’s because Israel gets away with depravity and impunity “without any consequences,” with just a verbal condemnation instead of punishing boycotts and hard sanctions from the world community. Israel’s Western coddlers and supporters even back it up with aid, armaments, diplomatic cover, and a favored trade status.

So, condemning Israel publicly is just talk.

Not obligated to behave morally under international law, it chooses to remain a colonist regime, an occupier and ruthless oppressor, an apartheid state. /mdm
